Evey cop goes into the force with a stronger sense of justice than federal law. Soon after they lose the sense of justice completely and go fucking insane with their own power when they discover how useful a tool fear is. They break the law to “Enforce it” (i.e. “So what if a couple of niggers got run over? I caught the guy who robbed a bank!”) the citizens of this country who break laws are not the enemies of the state, the belligerent bastards in blue are.
